three grown children and their spouses,

multi-faceted career that includes a
sales & marketing company in the food
owner of rental properties, Professional
Santa Claus (www.jollyredsuit.com) and
an Independent Distributor for
Young Living Essential Oils.
Jim’s Italian heritage included many restauranteurs, and creative meals were part of growing up. Jim managed restaurants early in his career and then discovered life outside the restaurant in the bread delivery business. Working for Mrs. Baird’s Bakeries gave Jim solid training in managing a business, salesmanship, and marketing. Progressing into traditional foodservice sales as Regional manager for several manufacturers and then Vice President of a Trinity Valley Foods Poultry. Excelling in sales for all companies, circumstances surrounding the September 11, 2001 tragedy found Jim being requested to work with several companies needing to regroup. Thus Lenox Food Sales was launched.
Jim believes in proactive customer service and servant management style. When developing business relationships, Jim is committed to open communication and a win/win style. Jim regularly trains associates in sales management and works to understand a person’s true motivation to create success. Adept at making sure all business partners are set up for success to achieve their goals and meet their needs, Jim is also involved with Leadership training.
